Almond overnight oats

Save time in the morning, by preparing this filling breakfast the night before. 

Ingredients                                         Method

  • 17g quick oats
  • 20g almond butter
  • 45ml almond milk
  • 1 tsp pysllium husk
  • 1/4 cup yoghurt ( I used vanilla flavour)
  1. Mix all the ingredients together
  2. Allow to set in fridge overnight
