Ingredients                                         Method

  • 200g onions
  • 300g bacon pieces
  • quarter cup molasses
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp hot chilli sauce
  • 1 tin tomatoes
  • 2 tins 4 bean mix
  • 1 tin cannellini
  • 250ml chicken stock

1. Mix all the ingredients in a pressure cooker

2. Cook on high for 1 hour
