Homemade protein bars

Got a craving for something sweet? Try out this recipe for our home made protein bar. Delicious!

Ingredients                                         Method

  • 1 cup oats

  • 1½ cups protein powder

  • 1/3 cup shredded coconut

  • 2 tbsp cacao powder

  • ½ cup peanut butter

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • ½ cup almond milk

  1. Mix together all ingredients
  2. Divide mixture evenly between 10 mini loaf tins
  3. Freeze
  4. Can be eaten approx. 10 mins after removing from freezer
