Slow Cooker Moroccan Chicken 

Easy to prepare, moroccan chicken. Serve with cauliflower and kale rice and broccoli.

Ingredients                                         Method

  • 500g chicken breasts cut into chunks
  • 500g chicken thigh
  • 100g onion chopped
  • teaspoons ginger powder
  • teaspoons cumin
  • teaspoon sea salt
  • teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
  • cup (250g) pumpkin puree 
  • cup chicken stock

To serve:

  • 600g broccoli
  • 300g cauliflower and kale rice

  1. Steam the pumpkin and puree it
  2. Add to the slow/pressure cooker, along with the rest of the ingredients
  3. Pressure cook for one hour, or slow cook for 6 hours
  4. Serve with 100g broccoli and 50 g cauliflower and kale rice

250g chicken, 50g cauliflower  and kale rice, 100g broccoli
